Returns
We currently do not accept returns once the order items have been delivered.
Exchange
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or you received a wrong item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, a video & 3-5 photos of the item(s) within 7 days after receiving your order.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution as an exchange at no extra cost, a partial/ full refund, or the item(s)/ order value coupon voucher that can be used on the website for a future purchase.

Cancellation
After you have placed an order with us, we understand that there might be some scenarios when you may like to cancel some of the items or your complete order.
We accept cancellations only if we have not processed your order, i.e., not scheduled your order for pickup with our courier partner.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours after placing your order.
After successful cancellation, we will initiate a refund within 5 working days that may take 7-10 working days to reflect in your original payment method.
